10/10 would recommend!! I had an extremely blocked ear and ended up not being able to hear. I messaged house of hearing and they got back to me so quickly and offered me an appointment just a few hours away. The whole process was great, Matt was very kind and calming, he explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The wax removal process was quick and comfortable. Would highly recommend House of Hearing!
